Small caged animals (e.g., common household birds, hamsters, gerbils, rabbits, guinea pigs, chinchillas, fish, hermit crabs, turtles, frogs, small lizards) are allowed without pet rent. Exotic, venomous, biting, stinging, constricting, or infestation-risk animals are prohibited.

Pet Policy

Only indoor adult cats and indoor adult dogs (at least one year old) are allowed, up to 2 pets per unit, each weighing no more than 25 lb. Monthly pet rent is $30 per pet. Small caged animals (e.g., common household birds, hamsters, gerbils, rabbits, guinea pigs, chinchillas, fish, hermit crabs, turtles, frogs, small lizards) are allowed without pet rent. Fish must be kept to a reasonable amount; no more than three aquariums with a combined capacity of 40 gallons. Exotic, venomous, biting, stinging, constricting, or infestation‑risk animals are prohibited.
